My sweet friend, Sophia, who I met through being a tour guide at ASU's Honor's College, asked me a little while ago if I would take pictures of her and her boyfriend, Chase. They were both so photogenic and I loved how they could not stop smiling at each other! This shoot was so much fun. Also, I'm sorry Sophia for making Chase spin you like 400 times haha! I think it was worth it, though, because the pictures turned out super cute. :)
Jenavieve is one of those people that makes me say, "I have really cool friends". I have known Jen since junior high--it's crazy to think that we met over seven years ago! She is the most talented dancer, extremely creative and intelligent, and beautiful inside and out. Jenavieve goes to school in New York City, so basically, she is living a DREAM life! You should definitely follow her Instagram (I live vicariously through her posts of the city) and new blog.
While Jenavieve was home during the summer, it was peony season (aka my favorite season), so Jen picked some up from Trader Joe's, along with some sunflowers. I found this random oleander bush in a parking lot, so we stopped there to take some pretty shots! Jen (the most photogenic person) and flowers (my LOVE) are a perfect combo for photos.
Hey, friends! It's me again. :) I haven't posted on my blog in a while, and I realized that I never shared these photos from my first maternity shoot! I was just going to start fresh and not post any old photoshoots on my blog, but these photos are just too precious not to share. Jenna's baby boy is now here, and he is SO cute. Be sure to follow her Instagram to see all the adorable pictures she posts of him and more beautiful posts!
These are some photos from my second studio shoot EVER! I had The Gray Atelier studio in Tempe rented out for an hour, so my friends and I took some fun photos. We even set up the self timer so that I could get in a few shots, as well. I can't wait to do another studio shoot (hopefully soon)!!!
It is so cool to me when people from other states reach out for photoshoots! Hannah is from Michigan and was in town for her cousin's graduation, so she got her senior pictures done while she was here. Not only is it so fun that she's from a different state, but she was also my first 2020 senior! She started this season off on a high note, for sure!
Every time I post something new on my blog, I feel like I always start off by saying, "I haven't posted in SO long". Honestly, I forget that I have a blog sometimes (lol). This photoshoot was from a while ago, but I feel like it's never too late to share photos!
I was feeling like trying out some different lighting techniques/poses this day, and I'm so happy that Maggie was willing to go for it. She was so sweet and I'm OBSESSED with her outfits. I love how these photos turned out, and I hope you all do too!
I'm going to be catching up on some blog posts (hopefully) soon, so be sure to follow my Instagram to see when I upload!
This year has been filled with tons and tons of senior shoots, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I truly love senior season! I am so grateful to all of my about 30 seniors who chose me to take their senior pictures, and supporting this small little business of mine.
I took pictures of some AMAZING high school and college seniors. From pageant winners to college athletes to early graduates to teachers, I am just in awe at the accomplishments of these seniors. I know that each one of them has a bright future ahead.
THANK YOU to every senior who entrusted me to capture them at such a special time in their life. I am so grateful for all of you! CONGRATS!
Not only is this my last blog post before I go to sleep, but it's also my last senior blog post for the class of 2019! Kylie did a great job of ending this senior season on a high note. She was so sweet and I was so excited when I found out that she's moving to Gilbert (my home town) after graduation! Also, can we just take a minute to appreciate her champagne popping skills?! She was a pro! Congrats, Kylie!
One down, two more posts to go for tonight! Theodora's commitment for these pictures was UNREAL. She drove from YUMA to have me take her senior pictures! She is absolutely gorgeous and so photogenic. I barely had to help her pose or anything--this girl knew what she was doing. Theodora does pageants, so she brought one of her gowns along on the shoot, and I'm so glad that she did! She's headed off to Oklahoma soon for college, and I know she is going to do amazing things. Congrats, Theodora!
Alright guys, only three more blog posts and then I'm all caught up! I'm going to try to slam them all out tonight! These pictures of Meghan were so fun to take. I used to cheer with Meghan in high school, so it was really special to be a part of such an exciting time in her life, even after I have graduated high school. Meghan was the valedictorian of her class this year, and she has KILLED IT in high school. I'm sure that her list of accomplishments will continue to grow as she starts her next chapter at ASU. Congrats, Meghan! I'm so proud of you!
